It is also possible to adjust the recipe to make biscotti more authentic & tasty. So next time, I might try dipping one end in white chocolate to finish. Yum yum wink emoticon
Tips: The dough is super sticky, so make sure to wet your hand with cool water when you form a log on a baking sheet. And do let the logs cool down before slicing them, otherwise they will crumble and fall apart (I messed up this step, so mine look a bit crumbly).
